What's next for the Arrowverse: The Arrowverse post Crisis on Infinite Earths

With the conclusion of this years crossover, we believe that the Arrowverse enters a new era and so we look at what lies ahead for it..

The crisis on infinite earths has finally concluded with the Crisis part 4 on Arrow and part 5 on the Legends of Tomorrow. With it ends the biggest crossover in the history of the arrowverse and we believe its a start of a new era for the Arrowverse, the era which creates the room for the universe to grow further and the one which carries forward the legacy of Green Arrow.

Before proceeding further to figure out what lies ahead Post the Crisis on infinite Earths, lets take a recap at what exactly played out in the crisis:

Events of the Crisis on Infinite Earths Summarized

Now that were updated with the events of the crisis, lets now focus on the arrowverse we have in front of us post crisis;

So, Oliver Queen the legendary hero, the protector of Starcity is officially dead. But the fact of the matter is, in the comics the Spectre is an eternal being which cant die or be eliminated, So has the Spectre changed host? and if so who is the host of this all powerful eternal being? and in case it didn't exchange host, then has the existence of Spectre been terminated too and if so then how? and in case neither of those two options happened, then is Oliver Queen still there somewhere in some form of spectre and if so are we going to see him anytime again?
For a part we have a confirmed news that Oliver will be making a final appearance in the season finale of Arrow and we don't know yet how that's gonna be possible. So lets keep fingers crossed and hope for the best.

The other major change is that the multiverse which we witness post-crisis is quite different than the pre-crisis one in several ways.

For instance the earth we witness now is neither the Earth-1 or the earth-38 instead a new on, The Earth-Prime.This means that all our beloved superheros such as the Flash, Supergirl, Batwoman etc, will be sharing the same Earth. This opens up a lot of opportunities for storylines and character developments. Hopefully if my guess is correct we'll no longer have to wait for crossovers to see the heroes together. Like they could literally appear in random episodes and we may get to watch them pile up some villains together on a regular basis.

Before the crisis this wasn't possible cause the heroes were on different earth parallels and it wouldn't make sense to get them together to fight of some mall pesky villains. Even more we may witness the supporting casts of the shows interact with each other and that creates a lot of room to build characters, side stories, plotlines and chemistry between the cast.

Another important development is the creation of the league of heroes which I think is same as to creating the Justice league of their own. They've also got their own sort of a headquarter now, so we know they'll be meeting up there in case  an emergency or a danger to the earth pops up.

For starters I feel like the heroes will be heading back to their own storylines, their own worries, fighting their own battles and winding up their own seasons without getting all too involved with the prospect of the shared Earth.

The writers  may actually create some minor rifts within some characters to explain why they wont come all together every now and then to fight up the baddies.

Now, the show and character who's life has been effected and changed the most according to me is Supergirl.

Like come on! Her most prominent and dangerous nemesis Lex Luthor is being awarded a Noble Peace Prize right in front of her and there is nothing she can do about it. Further more Lex Luthor is her new boss now and is admired by even her closest friends and companions.

Looking at his track record I'm pretty sure that Lex Luthor is not someone who's going to change, or have a change of heart. The sole reason he helped out the heroes for so long and fought the Anti-Monitor according to his own word is because "If any one's going to take over the universe, that's going to be me!".

We don't know what hes up to, but were sure its not going to be something good, probably some wicked evil plan or the way he likes to phrase it "Universal Domination".

Moving on there are still lots and lots of questions left to be answered. Like what about the other universes or say alternate earths that house Stargirl, Titans, Swamp and Doom Patrol?
Similarly about the Kingdom Come Superman form Earth-96 portrayed by Brandon Routh and the Green Lanterns?

While its confirmed that Flash, Supergirl, Batwoman, BlackLightining etc share the same universe, we cant say the same about the other CW shows. Are they going to join the Arrowverse too or are they going to continue existing in their own universes.

It would be pretty helpful if someone could sort out the shows that exist within the same shared universe and those that do not.CW you're listening right?

Some other questions that pop up in our mind is regarding Nora West Allen. Yep Barry Allen's daughter who apparently died/vanished in the previous season. Is she going to be back now that the reality is changed and the timelines have kinda be altered as Barry survives thanks to the sacrifices of Oliver and Barry-96.

And what about Mia? There has been no clue of her since the Paragons were transported to the vanishing point. How's she holding up? I guess well have to watch the remaining season of Arrow to find out more about her and Felicity.

The last thing we'll light to talk about is the upcoming shows. Right now we have some news confirmed and some unconfirmed. Lets leave the unconfirmed ones for later and form the confirmed one's we know that we'll be getting a brand new show of Superman and Lois who now apparently have two kids instead of the one they had prior to the crisis. Ill be more than happy to watch them fight up baddies while also managing their lives as journalist and more importantly parents.

The prospects and possibilities are endless with what we've got now in the Arrowverse and only time will tell how further this characters and stories can get without extinguishing themselves but there is a long long time for that. With The Flash, Supergirl, Batwoman, Black lightning, Legends of Tomorrow and Superman and Lois, we surely have a stacked up week of the arrowverse shows, not that were complaining.

Currently were as happy as we can be with the way this universe has shaped up.Eight long years ago what started as a mere small time show to a vast universe with multiple shows, a dozen widely loved characters, hundreds of stories told heard-watched & felt by millions of fans across the globe and the credit must be give to all those behind this and at the moment especially to Stephen Amell aka the most perfect Green Arrow we could ever get.

The legacy of Green Arrow will be carried forward by all of the Arrowverse and  he will eternally be remembered as the saviour of not just the starcity or a particular Earth but instead of the entire multiverse which owes its existence to him.

Finally, I end this by saying that the prospective of the Post Crisis Arrowverse definitely looks exciting and I'm sure will live up to our expectations and the legacy of Green Arrow.
